About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bill of Materials Engineer to join our team at Thales Above Water Systems (AWS). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the input and update of engineering data into our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input and update engineering data into the PLM tool, ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data.
  • Review and maintain the validity and maintenance of documents related to the data.
  • Act as the point of contact for all business functions relating to product items in the PLM tool.
  • Run reports and analyze data sets against design review documentation.
  • Provide reports and metrics to the Programme Management team.

Requirements

  • Experience with PLM toolsets, such as Windchill or Teamcenter.
  • Ability to read design drawings and identify part breakdown structures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to establish and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of the importance of data integrity.
