Job Description:
    At Quest Global, we are seeking a skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at our Aberdeen, UK location. This 12-month contract position offers the opportunity to work on various projects and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

    About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer / Industrial Engineer/ Process Engineer with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to improve business processes and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving results-oriented solutions.

    Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
* Analyze data and metrics to inform process decisions and drive business outcomes
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of process changes

    Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a process improvement role, preferably in a similar industry
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect and analyze data to inform decisions
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

    Benefits:
* Competitive salary range £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
