About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join their team on a permanent basis. As an HR Generalist, you will be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries, ensuring the smooth running of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide generalist HR support to employees and managers, advising on policy, best practices, and legislation.
  • Support recruitment activities, deliver induction programs, and run management and colleague workshops.
  • Manage HR data, facilitate performance management, and support colleagues and managers with sensitive issues.

Requirements

  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
  • Generalist HR experience
  • Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of current Employment Law and effective recruitment and selection methods
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
