**Examination Administration Lead Position**

Dovetail and Slate Limited is a leading recruitment agency based in Angel, North London. We are currently seeking an Examination Administration Lead to join our team.

As an Examination Administration Lead, you will oversee the administration and compliance of exams with regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance and evaluation procedures for examinations, driving improvements to make exam services more efficient and impactful.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the administration and compliance of exams with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance and evaluation procedures for examinations.
  • Lead and support a team of exam staff, ensuring effective communication and training.

**Requirements:**

  • Enhanced DBS checked.
  • Proven experience managing exams in an educational setting.
  • Experience within strict examination board constraints.
  • Experience of working with highly confidential data.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead a team.
  • Minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team.
