About the Role

As a Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of vehicle services, maintenance, and repairs. You will work closely with our Service & Aftercare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of technicians to achieve high-quality vehicle throughput and meet departmental targets
  • Develop and implement effective workshop operations and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with the Service & Aftercare team to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Monitor and control workshop costs, including labor, materials, and overheads
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a classic, prestige, or sports car workshop environment, ideally within the Aston Martin marque
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Knowledge of classic cars and new-era technology, with a practical understanding of workshop operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
