We're seeking a highly detail-oriented Vetting Assistant for Material Bank's European business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating membership applications from architects and interior designers, conducting background checks, and making informed decisions on membership approvals. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will ensure that our membership process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualify inbound membership applications for architects and interior designers

Analyze and manipulate data to identify trends, patterns, and priorities

Make decisions on membership approvals based on established criteria and guidelines

Maintain documentation with attention to detail

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements:

Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)

Ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in using computers and data entry systems

Architecture and design industry experience preferred
