Seeking an experienced Global Regulatory Affairs Strategy Director to lead transformational regulatory projects globally. As a critical enabler for the RA team, you will develop and execute key CooperVision RA and RA-driven cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide structure, governance, and leadership to strategic projects ensuring clear prioritization and resource allocation
  • Partner with RALT peers, CooperVision leadership, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between business and regulatory strategies
  • Drive cross-functional/organizational alignment related to projects and programs
  • Lead strategic reviews of key RA initiatives, projects, and programs

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record of leading others through influence
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate strategies into executable plans
  • Working knowledge of global medical device regulatory framework
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve results while managing risks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English

Work Environment:

Sedentary to light physical effort necessary to perform the job with extended periods of sitting and using a computer. Travel estimated 25-30% required.

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $150,000 per year based on location and experience.
