Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-volume caseload of mortgage repossession cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and instruct witnesses, and set up bailiff appointments as required.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest enhancements to our systems and workflows.
  • In the absence of Team Managers, take responsibility for ensuring that workflows are printed and actioned, and daily post is handled.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in litigation, conveyancing, or real estate, ideally with a focus on mortgage repossession.
  • Excellent case management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £27,500, as well as a range of benefits, including contributory pension, group life, private medical insurance, and 25 days' holiday. Hybrid working is available, and we are based in Central Bristol, with no car parking available.
