Senior Parts Advisor Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Parts Advisor to join our team at Silcom Recruitment Limited. This role is perfect for individuals with a proven track record in senior parts roles within the motor industry.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-driven individual with excellent communication skills, a dynamic personality, and a genuine enthusiasm for the motor trade. As a Senior Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer-facing parts sales, overseeing waste disposal, and maintaining accurate records through a Dealer Management System (DMS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer-Facing & Over-the-Counter Sales: Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers on parts sales, both in person and over the phone.
  • Waste & Equipment Management: Ensure the effective management of waste disposal, tools, and equipment purchasing, as well as the availability of consumables for the workshop.
  • DMS Mastery: Maintain accurate records and data through the Dealer Management System (DMS).
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven experience in a Senior Parts Advisor role, preferably within a motor dealership (car or commercial).
What We Offer

We are offering a competitive salary of £33,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience and skillset. Additionally, you will have access to a KPI-based bonus scheme to reward your hard work, flexible working hours, and growth opportunities for career development and progression.

Estimated Salary: £35,666 (calculated based on average salary range).
