Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:- Update Systems and Databases: Ensure accurate information is recorded and up-to-date in our systems and databases.
- Resolve Supply Chain Issues: Identify and resolve supply chain issues, delays, and disruptions to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Support Production Manager: Assist the Production Manager in progressing and managing parts to meet production deadlines.
- Prioritize Workloads: Prioritize workloads and understand processes and lead times within a manufacturing environment to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with Team: Work collaboratively with the team to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
- Problem-Solving Approach: Demonstrate a problem-solving approach, lateral thinking, and a focus on lean initiatives and continuous improvement.
- Effective Communication: Communicate effectively and efficiently with all stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- Positive Work Environment: Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong PC Skills: Proficient in using relevant software and technology to perform tasks efficiently.
- Supply Chain Expertise: Proven ability to resolve supply chain issues and find effective solutions.
