Project Manager - Life Sciences

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead part of our operations within the life sciences sector. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on building, equipment, validation, or new set-up in the life sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee project operations within the life sciences sector, working closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver successful campaigns.
  2. Manage a team of Project Associates and Administrators, providing training and operational support as needed.
  3. Provide expert advice to clients on GMP, healthcare, animal facilities, and biocontainment.
  4. Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Requirements:
  1. A degree in a Life Science or Engineering discipline, with a business-related or project management qualification.
  2. Proven experience in project management across Life Science / Pharma / Healthcare, with a focus on building, equipment, validation, or new set-up.
  3. Understanding of regulatory standards for laboratories and experience of managing a team.
  4. A technical/engineering background with experience overseeing design and construction projects involving establishment of new labs.
  5. A highly motivated and versatile individual with a passion for Healthcare and Life Sciences.
  6. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects at once.
  7. Willingness to travel within the UK as necessary.
