Woodley School and College is seeking a dedicated and passionate PBS Practitioner to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced PBS Practitioner to support our students with autism and complex needs. As a PBS Practitioner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualised behaviour support plans, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualised behaviour support plans
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students
  • Provide support and guidance to students, staff, and parents
  • Contribute to the development of our PBS team and services
