SEND Teaching Assistant Job in Hounslow


We are seeking a skilled SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team in a specialist school for children aged 3-19 with severe and complex learning difficulties and learners with an additional diagnosis of autism and/or physical/sensory difficulties.



  • Develop strong relationships with pupils, supporting their academic and personal growth in a nurturing environment.
  • Collaborate with experienced teachers to create engaging lesson plans and implement effective learning strategies.
  • Work closely with other support staff to ensure a holistic approach to pupil support.
  • Prior experience working with children with SEND is essential, with a degree from a top UK university being a plus.
  • A competitive daily rate of £90-£95 (including holiday pay) will be paid weekly on PAYE.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm.
