As a Research Technician, you will play a key role in managing the MultiBac baculovirus/insect cell facility and the molecular biology platforms, demonstrating a high degree of independence and resourcefulness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate the baculovirus/insect cell platform in the Eukaryotic Expression Facility (EEF), utilizing the MultiBac technology developed by the Berger Schaffitzel team.
- Manage and operate the molecular biology platforms associated with MultiBac operations.
- Conduct and underpin world-class research in molecular and structural biology, utilizing cutting-edge technology.
- Participate in a vibrant and dynamic research environment, contributing to the development and application of new knowledge and biological insights.
Requirements
- Experience with eukaryotic cell culture/tissue culture work.
- Strong technical skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Keen interest in transcription regulation and synthetic vaccines.
