BYD UK-Dealer Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

The Dealer Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in assisting the planning, organization, and prioritization of regional marketing, advertising, and promotional activities for BYD UK. This position will be responsible for coordinating with dealers, the BYD UK team, and corporate staff to ensure the effective communication and execution of marketing programs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate advertising programs and activities, including dealer marketing group meetings and regional marketing stimulation fund tracking.
  • Administer regional promotions, auto shows, and other relevant activities.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as requested by regional management.
  • Follow up on customer leads and test drives to convert to sales orders.
  • Provide creative assets and brand guidelines.
  • Communicate regional planning.
  • Coordinate Dealer marketing plan sign-off and validation (in conjunction with sales team & MKT team).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or commercial disciplines.
  • Directly related experience and knowledge of a broad mix of marketing channels. Automotive experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.
  • Results-oriented. Ability to work to deadlines and have a hands-on approach, motivated to achieve results.

Working Conditions

  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • May need to work additional hours outside of normal business hours as required by the job, including weekends or holidays.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Ability to relocate to a new location (in London).
