Job Summary

This is a permanent opportunity for a highly skilled Fermentation Operator/Lead to join a global leader in animal health product manufacturing. As part of the expanding team, you will be responsible for running industrial fermenters, centrifuges, and freeze dryers to produce dried powdered bacteria.

We are looking for individuals with a strong understanding of fermentation processes and prior experience with industrial fermentation. A degree in a relevant scientific subject is also required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent coordination and monitoring skills, with the ability to operate and monitor various process equipment. They will also assist in sterilization and harvest processes of fermentations.

Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate all stages of the production process (sterilisation, harvesting, drying, cleaning).
  • Monitor dosing pumps, filters, refrigeration plant, and other process equipment.
  • Operate and monitor the steam boiler plant and freeze dryers.
