Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Associate Dentist to join our team at Melcombe Avenue Dental Practice. As a Lead Associate Dentist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the clinical team in achieving our practice goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to our clinical standards and guidelines
  • Support the clinical team in achieving our practice goals, including UDA targets
  • Participate in peer-to-peer support and mentorship, sharing your expertise and knowledge with colleagues
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the practice management team to ensure smooth practice operations
