We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated VWG Dedicated Mechanic to join our dynamic team at The AA.

As a key member of our roadside assistance service, you will play a vital role in keeping all Volkswagen Group brands on the road.

With a competitive salary of £46,000 OTE, including a basic salary of £36,140, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take their career to the next level.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service while repairing vehicles on the roadside or in workshops. You will work independently, utilizing your technical expertise to diagnose and resolve a range of issues.

  • You will need to possess a NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience.
  • A full Category B driving license with 6 points or less is essential.
  • You must be comfortable working shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
