Job Summary:

Yolk Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Business Partner to join our team. As a Project Management Business Partner, you will be responsible for delivering modifications to the production of aerospace products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure the delivery of all STEP and Major Mods in line with Time, Cost, and Quality targets.
  • Ensure all Modifications have a robust Statement of Work (SoW) accounting for all Plant/Functional impacts.
  • Lead the End-to-End (E2E) assessment of Projects/Modifications in line with STEP governance and Mods Process.
  • Integrate and coordinate Mod impacts across all Plant functions (E2E).
  • Track performance vs plan throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Experience working with Project Managers to support on projects.

Requirements:

  • HNC or HND or ONC or OND required on submission.
  • Single-stage interview process.
