Teaching Assistant Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Early Years educator to join our team as a teaching assistant and nursery nurse.
This role requires delivering high-quality educational experiences to children aged 0-5 years old, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations.
About the Role:- Deliver educational experiences that meet the EYFS framework and Ofsted regulations.
- Work closely with children who have Special Educational Needs, using adaptive strategies to support them.
- Maintain strong safeguarding practices, working collaboratively with parents/carers and other family members.
- Hold a Level 2 or above qualification in childcare or early years.
- Be registered on the DBS update service or be willing to undergo a new registration process.
- Possess Paediatric First Aid certification or be willing to complete a 2-day training course.
- Be comfortable caring for nappies when required.
- Provide two professional references, with one being from your most recent employer.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.80-£14.50 per hour.
