Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Financial Planner to join our team at ASOS.

Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with our finance, tech, and external partners to deliver business improvement projects.
  2. Design and implement new forecasting and planning solutions to enhance business performance.
  3. Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards to inform business decisions.
  4. Provide leadership and guidance to our finance analyst team, focusing on their growth and development.
  5. Drive the adoption of best practices in financial reporting and forecasting across the organization.

Requirements:
  • Fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) with significant finance experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VBA scripting and automation.
  • Proven experience with forecasting and planning tools (TM1, Vena, OneStream, Workday).
  • Leadership experience in change and transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of reporting solutions (PowerBI, SQL).
