Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial and Regulatory Reporting Analyst to join our team in London. This role is responsible for the production, review, analysis, and certification of all prudential metrics allocated under UK CRR, covering Liquidity, Capital, Large Exposures, Leverage, and FINREP reporting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing production tasks in Bucharest, ensuring all processes have been correctly carried out and data quality checks performed. They will also investigate any issues identified and ensure business validation is obtained, and reconciliations and control frameworks are in place and completed ahead of submission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the production, review, analysis, and certification of all prudential metrics allocated, as well as providing oversight and review of all reports produced by the Bucharest production team.
  • Ensure process and methodological documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Follow up on any data quality issues through formal governance.
  • Production and monitoring of metrics against Early Warning Indicators and reporting of metrics as part of monitoring against the Firm's Risk Appetite Statement to monthly governance forums.

The ideal candidate will have a detailed knowledge of UK CRR – Liquidity, Solvency, and FINREP, thorough knowledge of balance sheet modelling and impacts upon regulatory metrics, ability to link business product sets to regulatory reporting, strong accounting knowledge, good communication skills, and relationship facility in teamwork. The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
