Pharmacy Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in West London. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing aseptic services to our Trust.

• Assist in the preparation of aseptic products, including chemotherapy and parenteral nutrition.
• Participate in the maintenance of aseptic clean rooms and other aseptic service areas.
• Perform stock control duties, including receipting, unpacking, checking, and recording deliveries.
• Comply with Cleanroom Personnel behavior and generate worksheets and labels according to prescription and SOPs.

• Experience of working in a hospital compounding unit or pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a clean room environment.
• Knowledge of the Principles of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and awareness of handling anti-cancer products.
• Previous satisfactory performance in a busy team-orientated environment.

• Competitive rate of pay: £14.40ph - £16ph depending on experience.
