The Role

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, maintaining a clean and tidy bar, and ensuring that every drink is crafted with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with guests, present menus, take orders, and make recommendations
  • Set up and close down the bar accurately and on time, ensuring it is cleaned, restocked, and garnishes are prepared
  • Provide a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests, reflecting the Nobu standards
  • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the bar menu, including beer, wine, sake, and cocktail lists
  • Empower yourself to make decisions that enhance the guest experience or defuse any complaints
  • Be an ambassador for Nobu, embodying our values and commitment to our teams
