Job Description

Job Title: Trade Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Trade Assistant to join our team at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd. As a Trade Assistant, you will be responsible for replenishing stock, checking dates across our fresh produce and grocery products, and helping unload deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Replenish stock levels to ensure optimal product availability
  • Conduct regular checks on fresh produce and grocery products to ensure quality and freshness
  • Assist with unloading deliveries and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

  • Nightshift premium - in addition to the advertised hourly rate, a further £2.45 nightshift premium is paid for every hour worked between midnight - 5am (where applicable)

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours: Part-time, 18.5 hours per week

Contract Type: Fixed-Term Assignment
