Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Real Estate Analyst - Investor Services to join our team. As a key member of the global Investor Services team within the Hines Investment Management platform, you will provide support to the Institutional Investor Solutions (IIS) business and contribute to capital raising efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a generalist within the team to flex between product marketing support and due diligence matters, utilizing a database of historical responses to aid in the completion of due diligence questionnaires, requests for information, and inquiries from prospective investors and consultants.
  • Contribute to the updating and maintenance of product marketing materials, including teasers, pitch books, one-pagers, case studies, and more, making use of internal training materials and guidance from assigned mentors to educate yourself on Hines' platform, strategies, and products.
  • Conduct market research within your assigned region to contribute to comprehensive competitive analysis, communicating intelligence on competitive firms and products, as well as prospective investors.
  • Support efforts to maintain our CRM system, which is critical to overall capital raising goals, and may also include responding to industry surveys, updating consultant profiles and databases, and assisting in the management of our subscriptions, data rooms, and content library.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required, with a degree in business administration or related discipline.
  • Two or more years of related experience, particularly within institutional real estate, investment management, research, financial analysis, or consulting roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive, can-do problem-solving attitude, ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently in a deadline-driven environment, strong collaboration skills, evidenced by a team player mindset, evidence of high attention to detail, advanced proficiency with MS product suite, and ability to analyze and interpret various types of data from a strategic point of view.
  • Experience with CRM systems and content management software is a plus, with a willingness to quickly learn new software/technology platforms.
