About the Role
A1 Personnel is seeking an experienced Marketing Strategist to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that amplify our brand and drive measurable success.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Craft and execute powerful marketing plans that drive business growth
- Develop compelling content creation strategies to engage our target audience
- Lead our SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns to ensure a strong digital footprint
- Drive creative strategies to generate quality leads that translate into sales success
- Maintain brand consistency and build impactful messaging across all platforms

About You
We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional with at least 3 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within construction or building materials. You should have proven skills in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and CRM platforms, as well as a keen eye for design and branding. A strong understanding of data-driven marketing principles and a ability to measure and analyze campaign performance is essential. In addition, you should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.

What We Offer
A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for career development and growth alongside our expanding business.
