Job Responsibilities
  • Contribute and manage all aspects of contracts management, contract setup, and negotiation for capital projects, maintenance operations, and site-based contracts.
  • Provide a service to support maintenance/facility operations by ensuring contracts are aligned to site requirements and in line with cost expectations.
  • Drive value and continuous improvement, in terms of quality, cost, and supply, from suppliers to the Engineering function.
  • Carry out audits on service providers to ensure compliance with GSK standards and procedures.
  • Lead on the routine performance monitoring of Facilities Management contracts, financial reporting, and ensuring the service provision meets organisational requirements and aligns with the site contract documents.
Requirements
  • A-Level or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in Contract Management and facility management.
  • Good written and communication skills.
  • Business acumen and understanding.
  • Ability to understand 3rd party business objectives.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (cGMP and QMS) environment.
