Job Description

Senior HR Advisor - Hybrid / Flexible Role with Nationwide Flexibility

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our team at IDEX Consulting Ltd as a Senior HR Advisor. This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week, with the remaining days spent in our office.

About the Role

  • Lead on employee relations, ensuring smooth conflict resolution and employee support.
  • Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices.
  • Oversee HR administrative processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage and guide HR Advisors to foster a high-performing HR team.

Requirements

  • We are looking for someone with a background at an IFA firm, who has a proven experience in HR.
