Job Title: Probate Solicitor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Probate Solicitor to join our Private Client Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of probate matters, including wills, probate administration, and estate planning.
  • Work closely with our Senior Partner and Private Client team to deliver a range of work, including court of protection and lasting powers of attorney.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in probate law and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in probate law, with a strong working knowledge of the entire probate process.
  • Ability to independently manage a diverse caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
