Lettings Negotiator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Stratton Creber. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for carrying out viewings for our lettings properties and identifying new opportunities to help our customers through our other products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct viewings for lettings properties and provide excellent customer service
• Identify new opportunities to help customers through our other products and services
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and lettings targets
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the local property market

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Previous estate agency experience is desirable but not essential
• A full driving license is essential

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 5:00pm, with occasional Saturdays
