About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC programmer to work with us at Mazco Recruitment. As a CNC programmer, you will be responsible for programming offline using Hypermill software for CNC 5 axis machines to produce high-quality components and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program offline using Hyermill software for CNC 5 axis machines.
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications to develop efficient machining processes.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize CNC programs.
  • Validate CNC programs through simulation and test runs.
  • Troubleshoot and debug CNC programs to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a CNC programmer, specifically with 5 axis machines.
  • Proficiency in Hyermill software for offline programming.
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings and GD&T.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of machine tooling and cutting parameters.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Excellent salary package available, estimated around $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience level.
