About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Collection and Delivery Driver to join our team at Parcelforce Worldwide. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering parcels to households and businesses across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of parcels
  • Conduct safety checks on vehicles and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to deliver excellent customer service
  • Lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg

About You

We are looking for a friendly and proactive individual with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. You will have a full UK manual driving licence (in your current UK address) covering up to 3.5 tonnes (Cat B) and a clean licence with no more than 6 penalty points. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
