About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Parcel Delivery Driver to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their parcels on time and in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver parcels to customers across the assigned area, using route-planning technology tools to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service, interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Work independently, using your own initiative to manage your workload and van preparation.
  • Meet or exceed delivery targets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Upbeat, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Organised, punctual, and with great initiative.
  • Committed to delivering great customer service.
