Line Trainer

Job Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to join our team as a Line Trainer. As a key member of our training team, you will play a vital role in supporting new hires and promoting a culture of excellence within the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive training and support to new employees during their first 8 weeks on the job.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure new hires are competent in their roles.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging employees to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with production managers and coordinators to ensure new starters are adequately prepared for their roles.
- Track new hires' progress and provide feedback to managers to support their development.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of training records.

Ideal Candidate:

- Proven experience in a similar role or in a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and make effective decisions.
- Self-motivated and highly resilient individual with a high level of customer service.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
