Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Product Management to join our team at Robert Walters. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for setting up and leading the product management function, working closely with development and project management office teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and lead the product management function, developing proactive relationships with senior leaders and technologists to design effective solutions.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies to coach multiple business functions on high-performance models.
  • Set up governance and reporting structures for multiple business functions.
  • Manage and lead product owners, working with business heads across various departments, including business analysts, development teams, and testing teams.
  • Collaborate with suppliers providing development resources, setting up governance and managing meetings and sprints.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product management, with a strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
