Job Description
As an Evening Care Assistant with Home Instead, you will play a vital role in providing emotional support and companionship to our clients during evening visits. Your kind heart and gentle approach will help create a sense of comfort and security for those in need.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients through engaging conversations and activities.
- Assist with light household tasks and meal preparation to maintain a homely environment.
- Help clients settle down for the night, enjoying leisure activities together.
- Support clients with their evening routine, ensuring they are comfortable and ready for bed.
Requirements
- No prior experience necessary; we offer comprehensive training.
- Strong written and spoken English skills are essential.
- You must have reliable transportation for home visits and other errands.
- Exceptional organisational skills and time management are vital.
- A genuine caring nature is essential for building trusting relationships.
