About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrification and Training Specialist to join our team in Coventry. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and deliver high-quality technical training, focusing on electrical and mechanical engineering knowledge, process controls applications, and additive manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training content for various teaching platforms, promoting awareness of advances in technology and skills associated with net zero targets.
  • Enable delegates to achieve technological aspirations and competencies through effective delivery of commercial-based training.
  • Manage physical learning resources and teaching spaces to ensure a high-quality training experience for delegates.
  • Create learning content and custom development of material to suit a range of customers' needs and individual requirements.
  • Liaise and consult with industry professionals to decide and implement commercial offerings, providing expert advice, guidance, and consultation.
  • Support the Commercial Training Manager in active engagement in projects and management of commercial portfolio and delivery planning.
  • Monitor and own the learning environment, ensuring learner workplace health, safety, and welfare.

Requirements

  • Industry-related vocational qualifications in electrical competency.
  • Functional Skills Level 2 / GCSEs in Maths and English grade C or above.
  • Must hold BS7671 18th edition wiring regulations.

About You

You will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering, with knowledge of process controls applications and additive manufacturing processes. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and industry professionals.

Salary

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
