We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a well-regarded award-winning housebuilder in Kent.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, have a methodical and diligent approach to work, and have a good knowledge of project assessment and management processes.

You will be working on large-scale residential projects through multiple phases throughout the South East region and have prior experience in delivering on residential projects in a Quantity Surveying role as well as knowledge in using COINS.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Evaluating the feasibility and cost of projects
  2. Reviewing proposals, bids, and contracts
  3. Creating cost reports and collaborating with sub-contractors
  4. Preparing legal documents
  5. Tracking project progress
  6. Maintaining quality standards
