Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team at Royal Mail Property & Facilities Solutions. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our mail centres and facilities.
Your duties will include:
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Operating a variety of cleaning equipment and machinery
- Emptying bins and recycling
- Dusting and sanitising surfaces
- Assisting with manual handling activities
We require someone who is able to work independently, with good communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Previous cleaning experience is desirable, but not essential. Full training will be provided.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including 22.5 days annual leave, rising to 25 after 5 years' service, plus bank holidays, uniform, PPE, employee referral scheme and Defined Contribution pension scheme.
