Senior Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scientist - Analytical CMC to join our team at Hyper Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our biotechnology company, you will be responsible for leading the development of analytical techniques and assays that support Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Control (CMC) activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish, qualify, and validate analytical assays to support CMC activities.
- Provide technical leadership on assay transfers to Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs) and Contract Testing Laboratories (CTLs).
- Author and review standard operating procedures, assay qualification/development/transfer/validation reports, and analytical methods.
- Line manage junior colleagues and provide necessary training.
- PhD or equivalent degree in a life science discipline.
- Proven industry experience working in a laboratory within a Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical setting.
- Working knowledge and practical experience with assay development, qualification/validation, and technology transfer.
