About the Opportunity

We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a highly consultative sales professional to join the Raymond George Consultancy team. As an Outbound Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients and providing them with top-notch service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, be commercially minded, and thrive in a B2B environment. You will have experience working on your own initiative, but also recognize the importance of the wider team environment.

We are looking for someone who enjoys doing key research ahead of each call, loves working in outbound business-to-business sales, and is not afraid to think outside the box. If you are a self-motivated individual who is comfortable not working to a script, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to earn a genuine achievable quarterly bonus of up to £2000. You will work Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, with no shift pattern in sight.

Achieving success in this position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of commercial concepts, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
