SEND Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced SEND teacher to join our team at a vibrant and multicultural school for children with Autism, ADHD, and Downs Syndrome. The school has a creative approach to learning and encourages applications from staff with a drama/arts/creative background.

The ideal candidate will have a patient and understanding approach, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience of working with children with SEND. They will also be flexible and amenable, with a clear DBS check.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be aware of and remain responsible for all safeguarding of pupils within your care
  • Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff to ensure best outcomes for students
  • Foster independence in students and promote well-being and good welfare
