Corporate Complaints Learning and Improvement Officer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Complaints Learning and Improvement Officer to join our team at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. As a key member of our Corporate Complaints, Learning and Improvement Team, you will play a vital role in improving customer service and ensuring that we meet the expectations of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling and resolving complaints from residents in a sensitive and understanding manner
- Collaborating with services to improve the customer experience
- Developing and reviewing policies for customer satisfaction
- Maintaining the case management system and recording, reporting, and analysing complaints
Requirements:
- Proven experience in complaint handling or dispute resolution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to produce succinct and accurate reports
