About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Complaints Learning and Improvement Officer to join our team at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. As a key member of our Corporate Complaints, Learning and Improvement Team, you will play a vital role in improving customer service and ensuring that we meet the expectations of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling and resolving complaints from residents in a sensitive and understanding manner
  • Collaborating with services to improve the customer experience
  • Developing and reviewing policies for customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining the case management system and recording, reporting, and analysing complaints

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in complaint handling or dispute resolution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Able to produce succinct and accurate reports
