Future Directions CIC, a leading provider of specialist services for individuals with Learning Disabilities and mental health needs, is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our services in Wythenshawe.

The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in managing complex cases, be values-driven, and have a strong leadership style that fosters a positive and inclusive work environment. They will be responsible for ensuring the quality of service delivery, managing service contracts, and overseeing the performance of front-line staff.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our services and making a real difference in the lives of our clients. We offer a competitive salary range of £28,640 - £31,790 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development. Our comprehensive induction program includes a 4-day paid course and further training within the first month of employment.
