MotorMatch Recruitment Ltd is representing a leading automotive repair shop dedicated to providing top-quality service and vehicle body repairs. The repair centre is seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join their team in Croydon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repairing and reshaping/replacing vehicle body panels, frames, and structures to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition.
  • Conducting thorough assessments of vehicle damage and identifying repair needs.
  • Adhering to health and safety standards in line with safety regulations to carry out quality repairs to customers' vehicles.
  • Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and trim issues on vehicles effectively.
  • Repairing and replacing damaged components, electrical wiring, interior trim, and mechanical systems.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Panel Beater/Panel Technician (minimum of 10 years' experience).
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in automotive body repairs.
  • NVQ Level 1, 2 & 3.
  • Strong communication skills.
Working Hours and Benefits:
  • Monday to Friday: 8AM to 5PM (30-minute break deduction).
  • Holiday allowance: 28 days (inclusive of bank holidays).
  • Pension Scheme.
