We are seeking a talented Adult Support Practitioner to join our team in the London Borough of Bromley.

About the Role:

The Adult Learning Disability Team requires an experienced Social Worker to work with people with learning disabilities, supporting them to live healthy, independent lives and stay safe in the community.

This role involves working closely with individuals, families, and carers to implement interventions, promote independence, and maintain well-being.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social care, excellent report writing and computer skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.

A degree in Social Work or equivalent is essential, along with a willingness to undergo training and Continuous Professional Development.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes, provide support to less experienced staff, and contribute to the development of the team.

Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum

  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent
