Secondary Education Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to support our team of teachers in a secondary education setting. As a classroom assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our classrooms and providing support to students in their learning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support students in assigned learning activities
  • Manage a classroom environment to promote engagement and positivity
  • Perform administrative tasks related to the role
  • Utilize initiative and proactive approach to support students
  • Demonstrate a desire to go above and beyond and determination to succeed

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree or experience working with young people
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
