We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Support Specialist. As an Apprentice Support Specialist, you'll provide essential support to our apprentices, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for coordinating apprentice activities, managing schedules, and providing guidance on professional development. You'll also work closely with our trainers and assessors to ensure seamless delivery of our programs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to build strong relationships with apprentices and colleagues alike, and possess a keen eye for detail.

In return, we offer a salary of £27,500 per annum, plus benefits.

Job Description
  • Coordinate apprentice activities, including scheduling and time management
  • Provide guidance on professional development, helping apprentices set and achieve goals
  • Work closely with trainers and assessors to deliver high-quality programs
  • Build strong relationships with apprentices, understanding their needs and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement
