About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety, and Environmental Specialist to join our team at AAK. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, customers, and the environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental procedures
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
